Selection of cooling pad

Usually, there are three types of corrugated heights for cooling pads: 5mm, 6mm, and 7mm, corresponding to models 5090, 6090, and 7090. The three types of corrugated heights vary, and the density also varies. For the same width, 5090 uses the most sheets and has the best cooling effect. Generally, it is more commonly used in household use. And 7090 is suitable for large area cooling pad walls, with greater hardness and stability.

Installation of cooling pad

It is best to install the product on the exterior wall of the building, and the installation environment should ensure smooth and fresh air. It should not be installed at the exhaust outlet with odor or odor gases. The cooling effect of the cooling pad needs to be combined with a exhaust fan. The exhaust fan should be installed opposite to the cooling pad and the convective distance should be minimized as much as possible.

Before using the cooling pad

Before using the cooling pad system, it is necessary to check for debris such as paper scraps and dust in the cooling pad wall pool, and regularly check and clean it before use to keep it clean. Rinse the cooling pad directly with a low-pressure soft water pipe. The water added to the pool can be tap water or other clean water to maintain the smoothness of the pipeline and the high efficiency of the cooling pad.

 

 

Pay attention to maintenance

When the winter cooling pad is not in use, it is necessary to drain the water in the pool or water tank, and wrap the cooling pad and the box with plastic or cotton cloth to prevent wind and sand from entering the room. Before using the cooling pad every year, it is necessary to maintain and repair the exhaust fan and cooling pad system to ensure that the blades are clean, the fan pulley and belt are normal, and the cooling pad is clean before starting to use.
